Head restraint height, manual adjusting
1 Release button
Raising: Manually adjust the height of
the head restraint by pulling it upward.
Lowering: To lower the head restraint,
push release button 1 and push down
on the head restraint.

up or down in the direction of arrow 1
until the desired position is reached.
