    INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING YOUR APPLIANCE • Remove the exterior and interior packing. • Before connecting the appliance to the power source, let it stand upright for approximately 2 hours. This will reduce the possibility of a malfunction in the cooling system from handling during transportation.

    The appliance should always be plugged into its own individual electrical outlet which has a voltage rating that matches the rating label on the appliance. This provides the best performance and also prevents overloading house wiring circuits that could cause a fire hazard from overheating. Never unplug the appliance by pulling on the power cord.

    INSTALLING THE STAINLESS STEEL HANDLES This appliance includes two stainless steel handles that are not required to operate the unit. To install the handles, follow the instructions below: 1. Remove the door gasket. 2. Install the handle with the screws provided. (DO NOT over-tighten as this will cause damage to the stainless steel door surface.) 3.

    For example, placing your unit in extremely cold or hot conditions may cause interior temperatures to fluctuate. The expected operating temperature range may not be reached. CONTROL PANEL for FF642D ON/OFF Power To turn the appliance ON or OFF, touch the symbol and hold for 5 seconds.

    you are in functional (default) mode, the lights will turn on only when a drawer is open. If you are in showcase mode, the lights will be on whether or not the drawer is open. CONTROL PANEL for SCFF532D ON/OFF Power To turn the appliance ON or OFF, press and hold the POWER key for 5 seconds.

    To initiate Sabbath mode, press the POWER and LIGHT keys at the same time for at least 5 seconds for FF642D or press the POWER and SUPERFREEZE keys at the same time for at least 5 seconds for SCFF532D. The indicator light will flash four times and confirm the Sabbath mode is ON.
