operation
During the cooler eveninghours,
we recommendthat you set the
SelectorSwitchat LOWCOOL
for very quiet operation. Set the
Thermostat Controlat 75,and the
VentControl at CLOSE.
Yor
ewreme tempemtures
For greatest economyand best
performance, we suggestthat you
set the Selector Switchat HIGH
COOL in extremely hot weather.
Forventilation
Whether controls are set for
cooling or fan operation only,
setting the VentControl at OPEN
lets room air be exhaustedto the
outside. This is helpfulin removing
stale air, smoke or odors from the
room, and permits outdoor air to
enter through normal openings in
the house. However,cooling
effectivenessis reduced when this
centrol is set at OPEN, so we
suggestyou don'tkeep it there
long–especially in hot, humid
weather.
