Door Installation - Thermador PDR366 Service Manual

CAUTION
The door is heavy and requires two people
to handle it properly.
Refer to Figures 13 and 14 and Photos C - E.
1. Insert the door hinge into the hinge pocket
in the front frame. When the door is prop-
erly installed, the bottom edge will be par-
allel to the front of the range and the hinge
will click into position and support the
weight of the door.
2. Tip the door parallel to the floor to free the
hinge locking pin.
3. Carefully remove the pins. The door is now
free to close. Install the hinge retainer clips.
4. Adjust the door height so the latch lock
lever and spacer gauge enters the slot in the
door liner as the door is closing and the top
of the door should be parallel to the bottom
of the control panel.
Insert the door hinge with the hinge pocket in the
front frame.
