MONTHLY INSPECTION Check all bolts/screws and tighten if necessary. CLEANING (NON-CHROME SURFACES) Begin cleaning procedure by using the operating procedures within your organization, or follow the steps below: . If particles adhere to the cooking surface during the day, scrape them off with a spatula.
