Installation Instructions

Installation in Walls Exceeding 27 cm

All air conditioner models have side louvers on outer
case. When air conditioner is installed in walls over
27 cm thick, provisions must be made in the wall opening
to allow unobstructed air flow to the side louvers. This
can be accomplished by chamfering the vertical portions
of the outside opening as shown.
Outercase must project
a minimum 1/2"
beyond inside wall
or molding to attach front frame
Lintel and
flashing

Install case
with 3/8" 1 cm
slope to outside
for condensate
drainage
Caulk all
