Output Voltage
Typically, with normal AC on and a fully charged battery,
the output voltage will be 13.8 VDC. With AC off and the
battery discharging, the voltage will go below 10 volts
and then battery cutoff will occur preventing further
discharge. Devices that require power from the control
panel should be capable of operation over the voltage
range of 10 to 14 VDC.
