Test Transmission Time of Day

This section determines when the Periodic Test Transmission will be made, or when the
Downloading computer will be called if Periodic Downloading is enabled.. Enter a 4-digit time-
of-day in the 24-hour clock format; enter 00 to 23 for the hour, and 00 to 59 for minutes.
To disable the test transmission, program '00' or 'FF' as the Periodic Test Transmission
Reporting Code in Section [38]. Periodic Downloading is enabled in Section [70].

Data = 1800Hz, Kissoff = 2300Hz, Speed = 20 baud
