Quick Start / Manual Program
The QuickStart/ Manualprogramlets you start a workoutwithout enteringany information.
1. Stepon the machine.
2. Pushthe QUICK START buttonto start the QUICK START / MANUALprogram.
3. Pushthe Increase or Decrease buttonsto changethe resistancelevel. Thedefault QuickStart resistancelevel is 1. Thetime will count upfrom OO:OO.
Profile Programs
Theseprogramsautomatedifferent resistancesandworkout levels.

To start a Profile Program:
1. Stepon the machine.
2. Usethe Increaseor Decrease buttonsto select oneof the aboveprograms.
3. Toadjustthe time of the workout (15minutesis the default),pushENTER. Usethe Increase andDecrease buttonsto changeit, andpushENTER.
4. Usethe IncreaseandDecrease buttonsto changethe resistancelevel(default levelis 3, maximum level is 8),andpushENTER.
5. PushSTART / STOP to beginthe workout. YourProfileworkoutwill begin.
Pausing or Stopping
1. Pushthe START YSTOP buttonto pauseyourworkout.
2. PushSTART / STOP to continuethe workout,or pushandhold the START / STOP buttonfor 3 seconds to endthe workout.
Changing Resistance Levels
Pushthe Increase or Decrease buttonsto changethe resistancelevelat anyt=r*ne i n a workout program.
Changing Unit Measures (English Imperial/Metric)
Tochangethe measurement u nits (for distanceandspeed)to EnglishImperialor metric:
1. Pushandhold the ENTER andSTART/STOPbuttonsfor 3 seconds to go to Engineering Mode.
