If you find a crack or break, immediately put the fire out and return the door to your dealer for replacement of glass before further use.

    3100 Wood Stove Series (ACC) D. Firebrick Replacement Replace the firebrick if they become crumbly and/or if there is a 1/4 inch (6.35mm) gap between the bricks. Inspect the firebrick after each ash removal. The firebox is lined with high quality firebrick, which has exceptional insulating properties. If you do experience a prob- lem, this troubleshooting guide will assist a qualified service person in Troubleshooting the diagnosis of a problem and the corrective action to be taken. Start Fire Problems Possible Cause Solution Can’t get fire started Not enough kindling/paper or no Use dry kindling, more paper. Arrange kindling & Excessive smoke or spillage kindling/paper wood for air movement.
