0 = Off Turns off or on a multiline terminal user
1 = On ability to transfer a call to a predefined
destination (such as an operator, voice
mail, or another extension) without an-
swering the call.
0 = Off Turns off or on an extension user ability to
1 = On set Trunk-to-Trunk Forwarding for a De-
partment Group.
0 = Off No Recall set to "Allow" (1) will not stop
1 = On transferred calls from recalling from a virtu-
al extension.
