SAFETY INFORMATION
• D O NOT operate the unit near or under flammable or combustible materials such as decks, porches
or carports. A minimum clearance of 36 in. (91.44 cm) is recommended. DO NOT operate the unit
under overhead construction.
• A minimum clearance to combustible construction is 36 in. (91.44 cm) from sides and back.
• DO NOT use this appliance as a heater.
• DO NOT obstruct the flow of combustion air or ventilation air for the appliance.
• C are should be taken to protect the fuel supply hose from damage from either pedestrian or
vehicle traffic.
• C lean and inspect the hose before each use of the appliance. If there is evidence of abrasion, wear,
cuts or leaks, the hose must be replaced prior to the appliance being used. The replacement hose
assembly shall be that specified by the manufacturer.
• M ove gas hoses as far away as possible from hot surfaces and dripping hot grease.
• N EvER keep a filled container in a hot car or car trunk. Heat will cause the gas pressure to
increase, which may open the relief valve and allow gas to escape.
• K eep the grill's valve compartment, burners and circulating air passages clean. Inspect the grill
before each use. Do not obstruct the flow of gas or ventilation air.
• T he propane grill side is for use with propane gas only (propane gas cylinder not included).
• A lways hang the regulator on the tank retention wire while not in use or disconnected with the
LP (liquid propane) tank. KEEP the fuel supply hose away from any heated surface(s).
• A n LP cylinder not connected for use should be stored a minimum of 10 feet (3 m) away from this or
any other appliance.
• N EvER attempt to attach this grill to the self-contained propane system of a boat, camper trailer,
motor home or house.
• O perate the unit on a stable, level, non-flammable surface such as asphalt, concrete or solid
ground. DO NOT operate the unit on flammable material such as carpet or a wood deck.
• Use caution when assembling and operating this unit to avoid cuts and scrapes from edges.
• D O NOT use the grill unless it is completely assembled and all parts are securely fastened and
tightened.
• K eep all combustible items and surfaces at least 36 inches (91.44 cm) away from the grill at all
times.
• D O NOT use in an explosive atmosphere. Keep grill area clear and free from combustible materials,
gasoline and other flammable vapors and liquids.
• D O NOT touch metal parts of grill until it has completely cooled (about 45 minutes) to avoid burns,
unless you are wearing protective gear (pot holders, gloves, BBQ mittens, etc.).
• D O NOT alter this grill in any manner.
• D O NOT use this product in a manner other than its intended purpose. It is NOT intended for
commercial use. It is not intended to be installed or used in or on a recreational vehicle and/or boats.
• D O NOT store or use gasoline or any other flammable vapors and liquids within 25 feet (8 m) of this
or any other appliance.
• D O NOT store or operate this product in an area accessible to children or pets. Store this unit in a
dry, protected location.
• DO NOT leave the unit unattended while in use. Keep children and pets away while the grill is in use.
• DO NOT leave hot ashes unattended until the grill cools completely.
• D O NOT move the unit while in use or while ashes are still hot. Allow the unit to cool completely
before moving or storing.
• N EvER use charcoal lighter fluid with the grill.
