TEST DESCRIPTION
If the machine output is low or high, this test will determine whether the engine is operating
at the correct speed (RPM) during both HIGH and LOW idle conditions. Directions for adjust-
ing the throttle to the correct RPM are given.
MATERIALS NEEDED
5/16" Nut driver
3/8" Nut driver
10mm Wrench
7/16" Wrench
White or red marking pencil
Strobe-tach, frequency counter, or oscilloscope
