Laser emission stop

Emission of the laser beam is stopped if any of the following conditions is encountered dur-

ing printing:

• End of a print job

• Laser emission of Y, M, and C is stopped if the print mode is changed from color to black

during printing.

• The front door or any other door is opened.

• A misfeed occurs.

• A malfunction occurs.
