CAUTION
Using an oil filter with the wrong design or
thread specifications can cause oil leaks or
engine damage.
Use a genuine SUZUKI oil filter or an equivalent
filter designed for your motorcycle.

Screw the new filter by hand until the fil­
ter gasket contacts the mounting sur­
face
(a
small resistance will be felt)

To tighten the oil filter
properly,
it is

to accurately identify the position

which
the filter gasket first contacts the

surface.
