INSPECTION
STEP 1
Check casing for cracks or damage or leakages.
STEP 2
Check Gearbox for noises (gears and bearings).
STEP 3
Check the declutching lever and mechanism engages and disengages correctly.
STEP 4
Check that the output shaft of the gearbox is not damaged or bent. Remove the rear wheel
and inspect the key and keyway for wear and correct fitting.
DISMANTLING
STEP 1
Remove the rear wheel from the gearbox (see page 6).
