3-6. Turning your projector off

Press the POWER button on the projector control panel for three seconds or longer.
The power to the projector is turned off. The POWER indicator and rear STATUS indicator will blink in orange
(cooling state).
The fan will continue to rotate while cooling, and the amount of time remaining for cooling is displayed on the LCD
screen. The cooling-off time is 5 minutes.
When cooling has ended, the POWER indicator and the rear STATUS indicator light in orange (Standby).
• When controlling with the remote control, press the POWER OFF button for three seconds or longer.

When the projector has entered the standby state, turn the main power switch on the projector
head to off.
The projector POWER indicator will extinguish and the main power will turn off.

Turn off the AC power to the projector head.
NOTE
• In the following instances, do not turn off the main power switch or disconnect the AC power. Doing so can
damage the projector.
- While projecting images
- While the fan is running after the power is turned off (The cooling-off time is 5 minutes)
