TGForms

TGForms is a firmware-based feature which allows storing a print job up to 20 pages long. The
job is stored as a compressed raster image in permanent storage. eForm enables the stored print
job to be electronically merged with subsequent print jobs.
Enable this feature is using your Printer Properties.
To create eforms:
1. Select the Job Options tab within your Printer Properties.
2. Select the desired eform action from the pulldown.
You can Print and Save the form, include it once, or include it repeatedly. Do Not Use
eForms indicates the feature is not currently enabled. This is the default setting.
Include eForm Once overlays the current print job with the eForm named in the eForm
Name box. The overlay function is completed after a single pass through the eForm.
Include eForm Repeatedly overlays the current print job with the eForm named in the
eForm Name box. The overlay function is repeated. For example, if the eForm is two
pages then the first page of the eForm is overlaid on pages 1, 3, 5, etc., and page 2 of the
eForm is overlaid on pages 2, 4, 6, etc.
Print and Save as eForm indicates that the job should be printed, then saved using the
name defined in the eForm Name box.
3. Enter the name of the form.
4. Click OK.

Email Notifications

You can choose to be notified by e-mail when your job has successfully printed.
To email notification upon completion:
1. Select the Job Options tab within your Printer Properties.
2. Check email on job completion
3. Enter the e-mail address to which to mail.
4. Click OK.
