Print and Delete is displayed.
3. Use the Next button to select how to print the job.
You can choose from Print and Delete, Delete, or Print.
4. Press Select.
The available directories in which private jobs are contained are shown.
5. Use the Next button to select the directory.
6. Press Select.
Job numbers in the directory are shown.
7. Use the Next button to select the job.
8. Press Select.
You are requested to enter a pin number.
9. Use the Next and Previous buttons to change a digit.
10. Press Select to enter the digit.
11. Repeat steps 9-10 until all Digits are entered.
12. Press Select.
You are asked for the number of copies to print.
13. Use Next to enter the number of copies.
14. Press Select.
The job prints.
Font Substitution
This feature allows you to substitute TrueType fonts with printer fonts. You can also set the
TrueType font output type.
To set font substitution:
1. Access your printer's properties from your application.
2. Select the Job Options tab within your Printer Properties.
3. Click the Font s button.
4. Select the desired TrueType Download Type.
5. Check Font Substitution checkbox.
6. Click New to add a new substitution or Edit to change an existing substitution.
You can also delete and existing substitution or reset the substitutions to default settings.
7. Click OK.
