Description
Line error
Data from the external devxe was not
received correctly when the serial
interface (RS-232C) was used.
Reference When this error occurs. all
before the page where the error
displayed.
Print cherk request
A temporary error occured in a printed
image. If this error occures, unwanted
horizontal lines appear in the plinted
i m a g e .
The paper siw selector of the universal
is not set correclly. (The paper
size in lhr cassette is different.1
Envelope feeder installation/removal
removed when the power was turned ON.
Font card installation/removal error
The font card was installed or removed
when the power was turned ON.
Since too many character sets are
registered in the printer, no more fonts
can be registered.
Perform the following
procedure until the error is
corrected.
resume data reception.
the interface cable between
the external device and the
printer. and check interface
conditions. (baud rate. data
length, etc.) If any interface
conditions are Incorrect, set
the optimum conditions.
Remove the printed paper
from lhe tray, and press the
ON LINE key to continue
printing. The page where th

Turn the power OFF and
ON again.
Turn the power OFF and
ON again.
Press the ON LINE key to
receive data from the
external device. The font
registration of the character
set in which the error
occurred is ignored. Remow
fonts.
