Adjustment of the transmitted light sensors

Requirement
The difference between one and several material plies should be recognised.
Switch on the machine.
Press the F3 key to select the menu for adjusting the transmitted light sensors.

Place one material ply under the sensors.
To start the adjustment for one material ply, press "+" on the corresponding +/- key.
Move the material ply to and fro under the sensors for a short time.
To end the adjustment for one material ply, press "-" on the corresponding +/- key.
Place material with two plies under the sensor.
To start the adjustment for two material plies, press "+" on the corresponding +/- key.
Move the material plies to and fro under the sensors for a short time.
To end the adjustment for two material plies, press "-" on the corresponding +/- key.
If necessary, increase or reduce the transmitting power with the corresponding +/- key.
Press the F3 key and sew a test seam.
Switch off the machine.
