Description
Sets the language of the
outgoing message to send
when a call is received.
Set whether the unit rings
when it receives a fax.
Set how many times the unit
rings when it receives a fax.
Set whether the unit switches
to automatic fax receive mode
when the caller does not talk.
Set how long the unit waits
before switching to automatic
fax receiving mode when the
caller does not talk.
Set whether the unit switches
from manual receive mode to
document receive mode after
ringing for a set time.
Set how long the unit rings
before switching to document
receiving.
Set whether remote receiving
is on or off.
Lets you change the remote
receiving ID (ID CALL #).
Set whether the unit stores the
remainder of an incoming fax
in memory if paper runs out
during reception.
Sets the unit to print the time a
document is received, the
transaction number, page
numbers, and other useful
information.

OFF*, ON
If you select ON, you can select one
or two languages for the outgoing
message: English, French, Spanish,
German, Italian, Dutch, Finnish,
Portuguese, Norwegian, Swedish,
Danish, and Greek.
ON, OFF*
ON: The unit rings when it receives
a fax if the optional handset or a
telephone is connected.
OFF: The unit does not ring when it
receives a fax.
01-99 TIMES (02*)
ON*, OFF
ON: The unit switches to automatic
fax receive mode when the
answering machine is turned on.
OFF: The unit does not switch when
the caller does no talk.
01-99 SEC (06*)
Set a time from 01 to 99 seconds.
ON, OFF*
ON: The unit switches to document
receive mode after ringing for a set
time.
OFF: In manual receive mode, the
unit does not switch to document
receive mode.
01-99 SEC (10*)
Set a time from 01 to 99 seconds.
ON*, OFF
With REMOTE RX ON, you can dial
a number code on a remote
extension to receive a fax.
Enter a new ID from 00 to 99.
