Insufficient refrigerant,
blockage, pipe breakage.
There is an abnormal power phase order or missing phase of power supply to the outdoor
unit. Check power supply wiring.

Abnormal power phase order or missing phase of
power supply to the outdoor unit

Replace both the PMVs.
