Roadside Assistance
• Lockout Assistance - If you have
locked your keys in your vehicle, we will
dispatch a service facility to attempt to
gain entry into your vehicle . The cost
of labour and/or replacement keys is
not included . In the event that access
cannot be gained, your vehicle will be
towed to the nearest Mercedes-Benz
Sprinter dealership .
You must have your vehicle
identification number (VIN) available
whenever you call for Roadside
Assistance service . (Example of VIN:
WDAAB1CC2B3456789 . Usually the last
eight (8) digits - B3456789 - are all that
is necessary to access your records .)
The VIN can be found in the driver's side
bottom corner of the windshield, or on the
driver's seat box .
