You can cancel a bolus (including an extended bolus) that is being delivered by the pump directly on the
pump or remotely using the meter (through the Pump Menu on the meter).

Follow the instructions of your healthcare professional when delivering a bolus using an insulin pen or a
syringe.
Delivering a Bolus Using the ACCU-CHEK Aviva Combo Meter and the ACCU-CHEK Spirit Combo Pump
You can use the meter to remotely deliver a bolus on the pump through bolus advice or through the Pump
Menu. For instructions on how to deliver a bolus using bolus advice, see Chapter 1, Bolus Advice. For
instructions on how to deliver a bolus remotely on the pump using the meter, see Chapter 3, Using the
