High-Defi nition is a video format for high-defi nition television (HDTV) shown in the table below: It
is also abbreviated to HD.
The high-defi nition format with the resolution of 1920 x 1080 or higher is known as "full high-defi -

nition (full HD)" .
The DZ-BD7HA and DZ-BD70A are compatible with 1080i (resolution 1920 x 1080 and 1440 x 1080)
shown in the table below, which means they can record videos on HDD (DZ-BD7HA only) and BD in
full high defi nition.
