6.8.27 DHW PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE

NOTICE: DEVICE REMOVAL
B If the hydraulic block has already been
removed from the appliance, steps 3 and
4 are all that is required to remove the
DHW pressure relief valve.
B Ensure the system is fully drained.
B Disconnect all pipes connected to the pump housing.
B Remove the electrical connection to the pump.
1. Remove the metal clip to the right of the pump head
to release the pump housing.
2. Slide the pump housing to the left and withdraw from
the appliance.
3. Remove the spring clip from the pressure relief valve
housing.
4. Withdraw the pressure relief valve.

B To refit, follow the above in reverse. Ensure any seals
that have been disturbed are renewed.
