Fully open the field diaphragm of
the Epi-fl attachment.

open the shutter and center the

manual for the light source.)

optical path.

portion to be viewed into the
optical path.

and secure in
place using the
specimen
holder.

Focus on the specimen using
the coarse and fine focus knobs.
