Memory/Expansion Connectors
The AP440FX system board provides four 72-pin SIMM sockets for main memory. These
sockets accept standard SIMM 72-pin modules.
The AP440FX system board uses a PCI/ISA riser connector (J6J2) to provide for expansion PCI or ISA boards.
The associated riser board can support either two or three PCI slots. A pair of jumpers on the AP440FX
system board must be set to define the number of PCI slots on the riser board. Table B-
