DISASSEMBLING
(2) Remove Baffle ring from Motor
Motor housing
(3) Disconnect the terminal connected to Carbon brush house

From Soft starter side, loosen two M5x8 H.S.screws that secure Carbon brush house with a hex wrench.
And remove Carbon brush house by pressing it with a slotted screwdriver as shown below.

with 1R173 or a similar tool such as long-nose pliers.
If it's hard to disconnect,
remove the connecting
portion from the notch.
