Adjusting the sound

You can adjust the sound characteristics to your
preference.

Select the item you want to adjust.

Each time you press the

button, the adjustable items
change as follows:
FAD
(fader)
VOLUME
(volume)
Indication
To do:

Adjust the front
and rear speaker
balance.
BAL
Adjust the left
and right speaker
balance.

Adjust the volume. 00 (min.)

If you are using a two-speaker system, set the fader
level to "00."

The richness and fullness of the bass sound is
clearly maintained regardless of how low you set
the volume.

Adjust the level.
Note:
Normally the control dial works for volume
adjustment. So you do not have to select "VOLUME"
to adjust the volume level.

Selecting preset sound modes
(iEQ: i-equalizer)
You can select a preset sound mode suitable to
the music genre.
• There is a time limit in doing the following
procedure. If the setting is canceled before you
finish, start from step 1 again.

Press BAND MODE (M).
"MODE" appears on the
BAND
MODE
display.

Press EQ (equalizer) while "MODE" is
still on the display.
The last selected sound mode is
called up.

To cancel the sound mode, select "FLAT" in
step 3 .
