Warranty Policy Ioline warranty policy Ioline Corporation provides a 12 month parts and labor warranty on all new equipment and 90 days on repaired units, unless speciﬁ cally noted otherwise. Every unit is recorded by serial number when it leaves the factory. The warranty period is based on the serial num- ber of the unit and extends from the date of manufacture up to 12 months, plus an extra 3 months for shelf life.

Control Center, FlexPlot or design software use the same baud rate that the printer is using. If there is ever any doubt about what baud rate the printer is using, Ioline recommends resetting it to the default of 38400. To reset the baud rate: Turn off the power to the printer.
