KEEP BRAKE FLUID OUT OF REACH
OF CHILDREN. DISPOSE OF BRAKE
FLUID PROPERLY.
IMPORTANT
CHECK BRAKE PADS FOR WEAR ES-
PECIALLY BEFORE A TRIP.

This is a quick inspection procedure
to determine brake pad wear:
•
Place the vehicle on the stand.
•
Visually check the disc and
brake pads, looking:
- from above and behind, for the front
brake calipers (1);
- from under and behind, for the rear
brake caliper (2).

IMPORTANT
IF BRAKE PADS WERE ALLOWED TO
WEAR DOWN UNTIL UNCOVERING
THE METAL SUBSTRATE, METAL-TO-
METAL CONTACT WITH THE BRAKE
LÉS ET QU'ILS N'Y AIENT PAS DE FUI-
TES.
TENIR LE LIQUIDE DE FREIN HORS
DE LA PORTÉE DES ENFANTS. ÉLI-
MINER LE LIQUIDE DE FREIN DE FA-
ÇON CORRECTE.
ATTENTION
CONTRÔLER L'USURE DES PLA-
QUETTES
AVANT CHAQUE VOYAGE.
Pour réaliser un contrôle rapide de
l'usure des plaquettes :
•
Positionner le véhicule sur la bé-
quille.
•
Effectuer un contrôle visuel en-
tre le disque et les plaquettes,
en opérant :
- du haut et par l'arrière, pour les étriers
du frein avant (1) ;
- du bas et par l'arrière, pour l'étrier du
frein arrière (2).
