Countershaft

– Clamp the countershaft in a vise with the toothed end facing down (use protective jaws).
– Carefully oil all parts before mounting.
– Mount the split needle bearing
– Mount the 2 nd gear idler gear
– Mount the stop disk (33x25x1.5mm).

– Mount the lock ring .

– Mount the shift ring to match the installed position mark.

– Mount the lock ring .

– Mount the stop disk (33x25x1.5mm).

– Mount the split needle bearing
– Mount the 3 rd gear idler gear
– Mount the split needle bearing
– Mount the 4 th gear idler gear
– Mount the stop disk (33x25x1.5mm).

– Mount the lock ring .

– Mount the shift ring to match the installed position mark.

– Mount the lock ring .

– Mount the stop disk (33x25x1.5mm).

– Mount the split needle bearing
– Mount the 1 st gear idler gear
– Mount the stop disk (32x17x2.7mm).

– Finally, check all of the gear wheels for smooth operation.
