Recording From A Digital Source

Recording from a digital source into the VS-880EX is very similar to recording an analog source. The only
major difference is the need for the VS-880's sample clock to be locked to the incoming digital signal.
Connect your digital source, probably a DAT machine, to Digital In 1 or Digital In 2 on the VS-880EX. You
will then need to select the track you wish to record, select the digital input as the source for recording,
and finally record the digital audio into the VS-880EX.
The sample rate of the VS-880EX must match the sample rate of the con-
nected digital source. Remember, the proper sample rate must be set when a
new VS-880EX song is created if you want to use the digital input.
