Writing Multiple Songs to the CD at Once

The VS-880EX allows you to create a single VS-880EX song that contains multiple tracks for the
CD, adjust the timing between the tracks, place CD Markers (track indexes) for the songs, and
write the entire CD project to CD at one time. This method is sometimes referred to as the "disk-
at-once" method and is usually the preferred method by professional CD duplicators.
You will need to have all the songs for the CD combined within one VS-880EX song. You can do
this by recording them that way from the beginning or by mixing your songs to an external device,
such as a DAT machine (page 88 of this guide), and then re-recording your mixed down songs
back into a single VS-880EX song. Then, you can use the Track Cut and Track Insert functions to
adjust the timing between your songs, place CD Markers for your songs, and write and finalize
your songs to CD so it can be played on any CD player. Make sure that your songs are prepared
for CD (page 106) and that Virtual Track A:1 is selected for tracks 7 and 8.
