ACCIDENTAL INTERRUPTION OF THE DESCALING CYCLE

Once the descaling process has started, it must be completed; do not turn
off the machine mid-cycle.
If the descaling process is accidentally interrupted (power failure or ac-
cidental disconnection of the power cord), follow the steps below.
Check that the power button is set to "I".
Press the " " button to turn on the machine.
If the cycle was interrupted during the descaling phase, it will be resumed
DESCALING
from step 6 of the "Descaling" chapter. Press the " " button to restart the
POUR DESCALING SOLUTION
AND WATER INTO THE TANK UP
cycle.
TO THE CALC-CLEAN LEVEL
If the cycle was interrupted during the rinse phase, it will be resumed from
RINSING
step 12 of the "Descaling" chapter.
