To set up a quick workout by
distance and time:
1. Press mode to access the
Main Menu. Select Training.
2. Select Workouts > Quick
Workouts > Dist & Time.
3. Enter values in the Distance
and Time fields.
4. Check the Speed field to
ensure that the calculated
speed (based on your
distance and time values)
seems reasonable. If not,
make changes to the Distance
and Time fields.
5. Select Done.
