Problem
Gap between sieve and
collecting trough caused by
coarse contamination
Sieve is not correctly locked
in position
When cleaning the sieves,
coarse food remains get into
the recycling pump circuit
Note:
Micro-strainer handling is now easier by improved guide at
collecting trough as from SN 015 80 186 and 015 90 185.
With earlier manufactured appliances you can remachine the
micro-strainer in the service, as shown in the figure, with the
help of a knife.

Solution
Clean collecting trough and
spray arm, advise customer
Clean collecting trough and
spray arm, advise customer
Install new micro-sieve with
dirt pan, PN 153 005 200/8,
advise customer
Check:
Observe regeneration dosing
system, no falling of water
level allowed ! Install salt
cover (with red seal, PN 805
013 550 00/1).
Check again and exchange, if
necessary, softener system,
PN 153 013 300/6.
