RLY1 Sequence (10 sec.)
RLY1 will be on at power up
Power down unit-
and stay on for a 10 second
Press Power
switch, then Power
duration. During the
back up. Check for
sequence, RLY2 will come on
RLY1 Sequence.
after 9 seconds and then
RLY1 will go out after 10
seconds. RLY2 will remain on.
Sequence OK- RLY1
YES
initiates, but no RAIL &
unit goes into SI2
NO
If RLY1 does not
come on during
sequence- go to
next step
Remove and re-install
Console Panel and
Encoder Harness
plugs on M/C board
and Console Panel
Check Calibration
settings- CL25
Check Calibration
setting CL25- AL1 or AL1

Re-Calibrate unit
