Advanced Menu

To access this menu, select Advanced on the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Table 14 shows the features in the Advance menu. This menu is used for setting advanced features
that are available through the chipset.

Options Description
No options If Used is displayed, User-Defined has been selected in
Extended Configuration under the Maintenance Menu.
No options Configures individual PCI slot's IRQ priority. When selected,
displays the PCI Configuration submenu.
No options Configures Plug and Play and the Numlock key, and resets
configuration data. When selected, displays the Boot
Configuration submenu.
No options Configures peripheral ports and devices. When selected,
displays the Peripheral Configuration submenu.
No options Specifies type of connected IDE device.
No options When selected, displays the Diskette Configuration
submenu.
No options Configures Event Logging. When selected, displays the
Event Log Configuration submenu.
No options Configures video features. When selected, displays the
Video Configuration submenu.
