(OFF).
Specifies the method to store the

When FREEZE AUTO TRIG is set
to OFF, stores the freeze-frame
picture manually.
Sets the duration of display of the
freeze-frame picture when it is
stored to memory.

As you turn the MENU knob, the setting changes in
the following sequence: OFF y REC.S y REC.P.
To store the freeze-frame picture
automatically
Turn the MENU knob to move the
or REC.P, then push the MENU knob.
The z mark returns to a

When REC.S is selected, the picture at the beginning
of recording is stored; when REC.P is selected, the
picture at the end of recording is stored. In both cases,
the picture is displayed on the viewfinder for the
duration specified by FREEZE STOP TIME, then the
picture is automatically stored to memory.
When the picture is stored, FREEZE STATUS
indication changes from CLEAR to STORE.
To store the freeze-frame picture manually
Turn the MENU knob to move the b mark to OFF, then
push the MENU knob.
The z mark returns to a
returns to a z mark.

If necessary, set the duration of display of the freeze-
frame picture on the viewfinder when it is stored to
memory.
1 Follow steps 1, 2, and 3 in "Settings to store the
video from the camera as a freeze-frame picture"
on page 103 to display the FREEZE MIX page of
the OPERATION menu, and then push the MENU
knob.
2 Turn the MENU knob to move the
FREEZE STOP, then push the MENU knob.
