4) Remove the four bolts and four nuts which se-
cure the brake pedal to pedal.

5. RHD AT MODEL
1) Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
2) Remove the instrument panel lower cover from
instrument panel.
3) Disconnect the connectors (for stop light switch,
etc.) from pedal bracket.
4) Remove the snap pin and clevis pin.

5) Remove the four bolts which secure the brake
pedal bracket (rear side).
6) Remove the nuts which secure the brake pedal
bracket (front side).
7) Remove the brake pedal without prying the
bracket.
6. RHD MT MODEL
Refer to RHD AT MODEL. <Ref. to BR-69, RHD AT
MODEL, REMOVAL, Brake Pedal.>
B: INSTALLATION
1) Install in the reverse order of removal.
CAUTION:
• If the cable clamp is damaged, replace it with
a new one.
• Never fail to cover the outer cable end with
boot.
• Be careful not to kink the accelerator cable.
• Always use new clevis pins.
2) Adjust the clutch pedal <Ref. to CL-45, AD-
JUSTMENT, Clutch Pedal.>
