Touch the corresponding speed at the bottom of the screen.

Select a rate from the drop-down menu, using the Up and Down arrows to scroll if necessary.

To include a cover sheet:
a.
Touch Cover Sheet > On.
Touch the To field, use the touch screen keyboard to type the name of the recipient, then touch

Save.

Touch the From field, use the touch screen keyboard to type the name of the sender, then
touch Save.

To add a comment, do one of the following:
Touch an existing comment, then touch Save.
Touch an <Available> comment, touch Edit, use the touch screen keyboard to type the
text, then touch Save.
Notes:
To delete an existing comment, touch the comment, then touch Clear. Touch Clear to confirm
the action.
To edit an existing comment, touch the comment, then touch Edit. Use the touch screen
keyboard to change the comment, then touch Save.

Touch Save.

Adding a Group Entry

To send a fax to multiple individuals, create a group speed dial entry. Groups can include both previously
stored individual and group entries.
Note:
Individual entries must be set up before groups can be defined. For details, see
Individual Entry
on page 153.
To add a group speed dial entry:
Press the Services Home button, then touch Fax.

Touch Address Book.
Touch the Down arrow, then touch Groups.

Touch an available Speed Dial entry, using the scroll arrows if necessary.

Assign a name to the entry:
Touch the Group Name field, then use the touch screen keyboard to type the name.

Touch Add Recipients.

Touch the Down arrow, then touch Individuals to add individual speed dial entries, or touch Groups
to add speed dial groups.

Touch the desired speed dial entry, then touch Add to Group.
9.
When all entries have been added, touch Save.
10. Touch Close.
