Switching on/off

After switching on the machine is ready for operation. The display shows a
moving spot. In this state, the operating panel is in stand-by mode.
After you have switched on the machine, there is no need to switch it off after
each copy job. You can leave the machine switched on for the rest of the day.
At all times, the Océ 7050/7051 is ready for operation.
If the machine has been inactive for more than 2 minutes, the operating panel
returns automatically to the stand-by mode. The operating panel activates in
the following situations:
you feed an original
you feed a copy material
a button on the operating panel is pressed
Switching on
Set the on/off switch at the rear of the machine, to position '1' (see figure 1).

If the mains is connected correctly, the green switch will light up.

The machine is immediately ready for use.

Set the on/off switch at the rear of the machine, to position '0' (see figure 1).
