CONTROLS AND FUNCTIONS
This section describes the function of each control on the
Zone 2/Zone 3 remote control used to control Zone 2 or
Zone 3.
CD
Input selector buttons
Select the desired input source of Zone 2 or Zone 3 and
change the control area.
The XM Satellite Radio controls (XM, DISPLAY, PRESET,
ALL, CAT., numeric buttons, NUMBER, cursor buttons

and ENT) are only applicable to the U.S.A. model
and are operational only when XM is selected as the input source.

PRESET

Selects the preset station number (I to 8) when TUNER is
selected as the input source or Zone 2 or Zone 3.

AlBICIOIE
Selects the preset station group (A to E) when TUNER is
selected as the input source or Zone 2 or Zone 3.

STANDBY
Sets Zone 2 or Zone 3 to the standby mode.
This button is operational only when MASTER ON/OFF on the
front panel is pressed inward to the ON position.

MUTE
Mutes the sound of Zone 2 or Zone 3.
Press again to restore the audio output to the previous
volume level.
This button is operational only when MASTER ON/OFF on the
front panel is pressed inward to the ON position.
(J) VOLUME
+1-
Increases or decreases the volume level or Zone 2 or
Zone 3.

Switches the remote control 10 between 101 and 102
(see page 95).

POWER
Turns on Zone 2 or Zone 3.
