Viewing the Display Screen

Your device's display screen provides information about your
device's status and options.
Status Bar Icons
The following list identifies the symbols you will see on the status
bar at the top of your device's display screen:
Status Bar Icons
Your device's current signal strength. (More bars =
stronger signal.)
Your device cannot find a usable signal.
Your device is "roaming" off the home network.
3G data service (EVDO) is available. When active, the icon
is animated.

1xRTT data service is available. When active, the icon is
animated.
Data service is currently dormant.
A Wi-Fi connection is available.
