Remove all contents from the carton packaging. Make sure all parts are present before attempting assembly. Once the
grill is fully assembled, go back and check to make certain all the bolts are secure. Tighten again using the screwdriver
provided if necessary.

Step 1
a) Loosen the two bolts (pre-installed) on the left cart
front leg (AA) and allow the 1/4 bolt's length to
extend from the cart left front leg. Align the holes on
the cart front panel (EE) with the extended bolts from
the left cart front leg (AA).
b) Push down on the cart front panel (EE) until it locks
place. Tighten

c) Repeat the procedure for the right cart front leg (BB).
d) Go back and tighten all the bolts using the
screwdriver provided.

Step 2
a) Loosen the four bolts on the right cart back leg
(DD) and the left cart back leg (CC), and allow
1/4 bolt's length to extend from the legs.
b) Align the holes on the lower cart back beam
(FF) with the extended bolts from the legs
(DD) & (CC). Push down on the lower cart
back beam (FF) until it locks into place, then
tighten all the bolts using screwdriver
provided.Repeat the procedure for the upper
cart back beam (GG).
