4 = 1280x800 @ 60 Hz
5 = 1360x768 @ 60 Hz
6 = 1366x768 @ 60 Hz
7 = 1440x900 @ 60 Hz
8 = 1400x1050 @ 60 Hz
9 = 1680x1050 @ 60 Hz
10 = 1600x1200 @ 60 Hz
