Installing the ACD Viewer Software

This procedure can be used to install the ACD Viewer software on the
Windows NT Host PC or on a client PC.

Before You Begin

ACD Viewer \ Report Manager Clients require a User Profile on the PC that
hosts the MIS Server application. For each ACD Viewer Client, set up a new
user profile on the Windows NT Host PC using the same Network Login
Name and Password as the Client PC.
No user rights need to be established other then those that are set up
automatically during the installation of ACD Viewer \ Report Manager and
the MIS Server application.

Steps to Take

1. If installing ACD Viewer in the Windows NT Host PC, log in using an
